The challenge
Dispatch, fuel logs, and driver rosters lived in three separate spreadsheets that several people edited at once, so figures diverged and the monthly client report took two days to assemble by hand. Nobody could answer 'where is this consignment' without making calls.
Our solution
Built a role-based operations dashboard over a single database: live consignment status, driver and vehicle assignment, fuel and maintenance logs, and client-ready reports generated on demand. Imported historical spreadsheet data so trends carried over, and added an audit trail on every edit.
