Terms of Service

Digital Mirha provides web design, development, and digital consulting services. The specific scope, timeline, and cost of any project are defined in a separate written agreement (proposal or statement of work) that takes precedence over these terms.

• All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
• Projects typically require a 50% deposit to begin, with the balance due upon completion.
• Ongoing services (maintenance, retainers) are billed monthly in advance.
• Invoices are due within 14 days. Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month.

Upon receipt of full payment, all intellectual property in the work product (code, design files, content) is transferred to you, except for third-party materials and our pre-existing tools and libraries, which are licensed to you for use within the project.

• Provide timely feedback, content, and access required to complete the work.
• Ensure you have the rights to any materials (text, images, logos) you provide.
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule.

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as stated in the proposal. Additional revisions or out-of-scope work are billed at our standard hourly rate. We'll always notify you before incurring additional charges.

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services giving rise to a claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption.
