Refund Policy

We want every client to be thrilled with their decision to work with us. This policy explains when refunds apply and how cancellations work — in plain English, no fine print.
1. Project deposits
The 50% project deposit reserves our team's time and covers initial discovery and design work. Deposits are refundable on a prorated basis for work not yet completed, up until design approval. After design approval, deposits are non-refundable as significant work has been delivered.
2. Satisfaction guarantee
If you're unhappy with the initial design concepts and we can't reach a direction you're excited about within two revision rounds, we'll refund your deposit in full, minus the cost of any third-party assets purchased on your behalf. No questions asked.
3. Ongoing services
- Monthly retainers and maintenance plans can be cancelled anytime with 30 days' notice.
- You'll receive a prorated refund for any prepaid period after the cancellation date.
- SEO and growth retainers require 60 days' notice since strategies compound over time.
4. How to request a refund
Email hussainnazir80@gmail.com with your project details and the reason for your request. We aim to process approved refunds within 7 business days back to your original payment method.
5. Good faith
This policy exists to protect both sides. We operate in good faith and expect the same from our clients. Abuse of this policy (e.g., requesting refunds after accepting and using delivered work) is not covered.
